The fully automatic jade bead press (also known as an automatic cylinder press) is the core automated equipment used in jade, jadeite, and agate processing to transform raw sheets into cylindrical bead blanks.
I. Function (What to Do)
• Automatically stamp/cut cylindrical bead blanks from thinly sliced jade materials (such as jadeite slices or agate slices).
• The first step in producing ball bearings, bucket bearings, and legacy-type bearings (greening process)
• replaces traditional manual bead suction/baking methods, offering higher efficiency, reduced labor costs, and consistent finished product quality
II. Working Principle (In Simple Terms)
1. Place the jade piece on the workbench
2. Automatic positioning: The machine automatically aligns with the pressing cylinder (mold).
3. Stamping: The servo motor drives the pressing cylinder to rotate at high speed and perform downward punching, forming a cylindrical shape.
4. Material discharge: Pearl embryos fall automatically and undergo cyclic processing.
III. Main Structure
• Servo/closed-loop motor: High power output, low vibration, and excellent precision
• Multi-station (dual-head/triple-head): Presses multiple items simultaneously for higher efficiency
• Pressing cylinder (mold): Determines the bead diameter (commonly 6–20 mm)
